§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – asking you to complete a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalised commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software development companies and companies maintaining ICT systems, with which we have entered into appropriate agreements. These agreements cover data processing rules and confidentiality. This data is not disclosed, and none of these companies has the right to process data in any manner other than that specified in the agreement. Your data, insofar as the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the purpose of properly providing the services.
