Devil and bishop soup
The inspiration for this extraordinary soup came from the two most famous inhabitants of Dubiecko Castle: the "devil," that is the troublemaker Stanisław Stadnicki, and the bishop (and poet) Ignacy Krasicki.
The specialty of the Dubiecko Castle bar is exquisite cocktails made with seasonal fruits. Every offer from the bar menu delights with its form, colors, and above all, a true explosion of refreshing fruity flavors and aromas.
